The Grateful Dead

Canned Oregon Pink Bubbles

METHOD

Measure into glass

GLASSWEAR

Champagne flute

INGREDIENTS

3 oz. Canned Oregon Pink Bubbles

1 oz aperol

1 oz fresh squeezed orange juice

1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

3 oz Canned Oregon Pink Bubbles

GARNISH

Burnt Orange Peel

MIXOLOGIST NOTES

Use fresh lemon and orange for more taste


Berry Scary Punch

Canned Oregon White Bubbles

METHOD

Measure into shaker with ice

GLASSWEAR

Stemmed wine glass

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Som Berry

1 oz Cointreau

1/2 oz lemon juice

4 oz Canned Oregon White Bubbles

1 tsp crushed dry ice

GARNISH

A dash of blue luster dust

Use caution with dry ice!
